Huipil blouse woven and brocaded by hand on a backstrap loom in Chiapas. The Shadow pieces highlight the lamalchil technique itself, the detail of the traditional motifs becomes a shadow which offers different shades thanks to the natural properties of silk dyed with cochineal in Oaxaca.
